Vehicle Description Engine bored.
010 over, new pistons, wrist pins, rod and main bearings, polished crank, balanced.
Rebuilt high flow head, new valves, seats and seals, mild road cam.
Rebuilt SU carbs from Z Therapy in Salem.
2 exhaust with Magnaflow stainless muffler.
All externals are new:
oil pump, distributor, fuel and water pumps, starter and alternator.
Engine bay:
all cleaned and painted while engine out.
New coil, resister, motor mounts, cross member removed, inspected, sand blasted and painted.
rebuilt wiper motor.
Battery moved to trunk.
Suspension:
Strut sectioned and new perch welded for coil overs, Eiback springs, totally adjustable ride height, new ball joints, 240Z shocks in strut, TC rod bushings replaced with drilled poly and aluminum bushing, new tie rods, all new poly bushes on suspension, 1 sway bar, and all new fasteners, grade 8 when necessary.
Rear:
One coil out of springs, new shocks.
Brakes:
new wheel bearings, Brembo rotors, rebuilt calipers, stainless steel braided flex lines, all new fasteners.
Rear brakes cleaned, new drums, wheel cylinders and hard lines.
New brake and clutch master cylinders.
Transmission is out of 200sx Datsun and is a dog leg 5 speed.
Bolts right up with modified mount.
(I have the original 4 speed as well) All new clutch set and slave cylinder.
Body and paint:
New chrome headlight surrounds and taillight, new chrome rear bumper, custom stripe, (my design) factory paint code, (first respray), base color and clear coat.
Absolutely no rust.
Peep mirror on custom bracket.
(Didn't want to drill in door) Interior:
Newly upholstered seats front and rear, custom carpet set installed over heat and sound barrier, new dash cap, Momo steering wheel, new windshield and rubber seal, all new rubber in door windows and door seals.
Rear window not removed:
irreplaceable! New speakers mounted on back shelf, but not hooked up.
New door locks and extra keys.
Trunk all restored, cleaned and painted, original jack and lug wrench and 13 spare, battery in NHRA approved aluminum box, double grounded.
Cable to starter under chassis.
VTO wheels with 14 tires.
