Transportation Assistant (Vendor/Storage Management)

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-04) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing or assisting senior personnel in duties such as determining and advising on procedures related to the temporary storage of goods, weight allowances, prohibited items, and shipment of unaccompanied baggage, privately owned vehicles, and/or household goods. Examples of qualifying specialized experience include performing the following:
1) Providing assistance to customers regarding the shipment of personal property; 2) Dealing with people in a courteous and professional manner using oral communication; 3) Explaining information related to the shipment, movement, and/or storage of personal property or household goods; 4) Using automated systems to input, access and retrieve data related to the movement or storage of personal property. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster.
