Ability to do the work of an Laborer without more than normal supervision. I can perform common Laborer tasks including clearing trees and vegetation using handsaws, shovels, picks or clippers. I work under close supervision of a work leader or journey-levelemployee who observes tasks in progress and upon completion to make sure they are properly performed. - Failure to meet this Screen Out Element will result in an ineligible rating. Ability to Interpret Instructions, Specification, etc. (includes blueprint reading)Ability To Use and Maintain Tools and EquipmentDexterity and SafetyWork Practices (includes keeping things neat, clean and in order) PHYSICAL EFFORT:
Work requires considerable standing, walking, bending, stooping and other awkward and uncomfortable positions.Frequently lifts, moves and carries items up to 50 pounds and occasionally lifts and carries heavier items. Frequently pushes heavy equipment and other material. WORKING CONDITIONS:
Works outside, exposed to hot and cold temperatures, bad weather, dirt, drafts, noise,grease and fumes.Subject to minor injuries such as cuts, scrapes, bruises, strains, insect bites and stings and occasionally more serious injuries such as broken bones and severe cuts from flying debris or collisions. As required, uses safety equipment and clothing such as ear protectors,safety glasses and shoes.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
