Process a high volume of accounts payable invoices with precision and efficiency, particularly in inventory management. Conduct thorough invoice matching, meticulous data entry, and diligent reconciling to ensure accuracy and compliance. Proactively follow up with vendors to address inquiries, resolve disputes, and maintain positive relationships. Assist with additional accounting tasks as requested, contributing to the smooth operation of the finance department. Preferred Experience for the Accounts Payable Specialist:
1-3 years of hands-on experience in accounts payable, demonstrating a solid understanding of the process. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook, enabling seamless navigation and utilization of essential tools.
