Dutieso Interpret and establish criteria for safe handling and transport of all chemicals and hazardous material by land, water, and air.

o Investigate and provide technical expertise for investigations of accidents and incidents involving ammunition and explosives or hazardous materials.

Experience:
One year of specialized experience which includes auditing the effectiveness of hazard control programs; using analytical techniques to recommend changes related to the operation, maintenance, or testing of the various systems of large military or industrial support facilities; organizing safety and health programs related to installation operations that include the use and disposal of high explosives, toxic, and radiological materials; and assessing industrial work processes, compressed gases, flammable and combustible liquids to pinpoint casual factors contributing to mishaps and resulting in dangerous working conditionsThis definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-11)You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas:
