Overview of the HR Recruiter Role:
Lead the full cycle recruiting process from sourcing to hiring Implement new processes to enhance recruiting procedures Use tools like LinkedIn and other recruiting tools Oversee employee compensation, benefits, leave, time cards, performance and talent acquisition, occupational health and safety, training and development.
Identify and communicate staffing and recruiting needs with developing and executing best practices for hiring and talent management.
Preferred Qualifications :
BA/BS in Business Administration or a related field Minimum of 3
years of experience in HR Thorough knowledge of employment related laws and regulations a plus Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products a plus Recommended Skills Business Administration Microsoft Office Occupational Safety And Health Recruitment Talent Management Training Activities Apply to this job.
