Northern Fish is seeking an experienced Billing Specialist.
This position works closely with all departments and must have the ability to multi task.

Full-Time DUTIES SPECIFIC TO THIS POSITION:
Customer Billing Support Accounts Payable Lead Cash Receipts Cover front desk and answer phones as needed Provide service to customers picking up will calls Scanning and filing receiving and billing documents Work closely with all departments within the company Other duties as assigned Availability to work 8 AM to 4 PM (Monday only start time is 5:
30 am) SKILLS NEEDED:
Minimum of three (3) years' experience, preferably in smaller/midsize company.
High level of proficiency with technology systems, including Microsoft office - Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Knowledge of accounts receivable/payable processes (familiarity with Exact Macola a plus).
Able to work independently and handle diverse tasks.
Strong customer service orientation, positive attitude, and clearly demonstrated teamwork approach and behavior.
Detail oriented.
Comfortable working with numbers, able to apply basic math.
Excellent professional communication skills (verbal and written).
Excellent analytic and problem solving skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment.
Two year degree or equivalent work experience.
Ability to appropriately handle confidential and sensitive information.
