Summary:
To provide management and labor necessary to support Continental United States NORAD Region (CONR), First Air Force (1 AF) Air Forces Northern (AFNORTH), Air Forces Space (AFSPACE) Tyndall AFB, FL and its associated units at Eastern Air Defense Sector (EADS), Rome, NY; and Western Air Defense Sector (WADS) at Joint Base Lewis-McChord (JBLM) AFB, WAWill be performed in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, Component-Numbered Air Force (C-NAF), Headquarters Air Force (HAF) standards, instructions, and commercial practicesDuties and Responsibilitieso Shall manage and/or monitor Initial Qualification Training (IQT), Mission Qualification Training (MQT), Continuation Training (CT) and produce monthly/yearly positional training requirements status reports by initiating, tracking, coordinating, planning, and ensuring execution of ADS training program.
o Manage/monitor ADS Training ProgramEnter individual's personal information into Senior Knowledge Management System (KMS)Create learning history record dataInitiate training program requestsEnter individuals into IQT, MQT, and CT by entry into KMSMaintain AF IMT 4141/LMS, AF IMT (Individual Training Reports), DOD FORM 2992, Medical Recommendation for Flying or Special Operational Duty reports, and other documentation IAW AFMAN 13-1 BCC V1 and local instructions.
o Administer electronic examinations via Moodle as requiredDocument electronic examination scores in KMSCoordinate with the Chief, Operations Training, Superintendent of Training, Chief of Stan/Eval, and Superintendent of Stan/Eval concerning training requirements and documentationCoordinate with Stan/Eval concerning release from training and additional training results.
o Issue training materials, create all 6-part training folders and explain training plan requirements/process during IQT initial entry.
o Conduct daily office duties to include general typing, database entry, manage supply inventory, safety/security checks, and ADS reference accountabilityo Manage/monitor KMS database to ensure trainees' progression meets training timelines and deadlines.
o Finalize trainees' completion of training by ensuring required documentation is accurate and complete.
o Manage monthly/yearly positional Continuation Training (CT) quota requirements by notifying Combat Mission Ready individuals of required quotas.
o Coordinate with other stakeholder offices and agencies (including standards and evaluations, airspace scheduling, etc.
), to ensure training relevance and continuity.
o Training may consist of the following:
Attend conferences, symposiums, and training course/sessions as needed, Anti-Terrorism Training, Derivative Classification Training, Ancillary Training, Operations Security, Training in support of new or updated technology for the mission requirements, Crew Mission Ready CertificationQualificationso Experience comparable to Air Force enlisted with a military grade of E7 has been used to meet this requirement.
o Must have a minimum of 5 years related experience.
