is currently looking for a Customer Service Professional (CSP) to join our team! This is an excellent opportunity for anyone with retail customer service and/or sales background looking for their first experience working within a professional setting.

Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service by promptly and courteously responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues Handle a high volume of incoming calls and emails from customers Maintain accurate and detailed customer records in the company database Process orders, returns, and exchanges in a timely manner Print and review daily Traffic Control Supervisor (TCS) Reports for accuracy.
Assist team in completing timecard review.
Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and ensure customer satisfaction Copy and email invoices to customers.
Assist Finance/Accounting team on entering and distributing Certified Payroll reports and make collection calls.
Assist with the processing of payroll.
Maintain and track incoming contract status.
Stay up-to-date on product knowledge to effectively assist customers with their inquiries Follow company policies and procedures to ensure consistent service delivery Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance the customer experience
Qualifications:
Someone who is personable, positive and always willing to assist customers! High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree an asset Payroll experience is an asset Previous customer service experience in a fast-paced environment is highly desirable Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think quickly on your feet Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite We will provide training to the right candidate, apply today!
