Responsibilities:
Assist customers and take parts orders Respond to customer inquiries for parts Research correct part numbers when necessary Prepare parts pricing estimates Prepare vendor purchase orders for customer parts orders Track and follow-up on purchase order deliveries Keep customer informed on any delayed deliveries Check in all parts orders when received Prepare parts orders for shipment Enter Receipt of Goods in Sage 100 Invoice customers for parts Maintain accurate parts pricing in Sage 100
Qualifications:
Familiar with data entry of purchase orders and invoices Sage 100 or QuickBooks experience a plus Accurate with good attention to detail Organized Excellent Customer Service skills Good communications skills Able to effectively work in a team environment Professional, positive & enthusiastic attitude Working knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel Send Resume To:
