Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat.
Tag and mark in incoming laundry orders.
- Upsell products and services to customers to increase sales revenue - Make outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries and resolve any issues - Assist customers with product selection, order placement, and tracking - Enter customer data accurately into the system - Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner - Maintain a high level of professionalism and phone etiquette at all times - Analyze customer feedback and provide suggestions for improving products and services Skills:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Excellent phone etiquette and ability to handle difficult customers with empathy and patience - Proficient in data entry and able to navigate computer systems efficiently This position requires strong customer service skills, the ability to communicate effectively, and the willingness to go above and beyond to meet customer needs.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
