3K a year The Finance Administrative Assistant is responsible for answering and directing incoming phone calls, distributing and sorting mail, serving as a front of office point of contact, maintaining files, and assisting the Finance department by providing administrative support.

Education:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent required Associates Degree in Finance or related field (preferred) Experience & Requirements:
Minimum two years clerical/administrative experience in a similar sized organization (required) Gaming or Hospitality experience preferred Must have good organizational and interpersonal skills Must have excellent phone etiquette Must be proficient in MS Office Suite Additional education or related experience may substitute for the minimum requirements of the position Physical Requirements:
Must have good manual and finger dexterity Must be able to sit for extended periods of time Must be able to stand, push, pull and lift up to 40 pounds Must be able to tolerate a smoke filled environment Additional Requirements:
Upon offer must obtain Class IIIA Gaming License Must be able to work all scheduled shifts to include day, swing, graveyard and holidays Must be able to pass a pre-employment illegal drug screen and thorough background check as required by the Puyallup Tribal Gaming Regulatory Office and the Washington State Gaming Commission.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
