We employ this individual to provide professionalism, patience with a people-first attitude.
This is a fast-paced environment and interacts with a high volume of licensees and processing a high volume of paperwork.
The ability to work proficiently on a computer when looking up customer information and/or answering questions.
The representative must be able to work directly with licensees to help solve problems, work with licensees who may be upset or angry to come up with a solution and update information on state computers.
Proficient with calculations to determine appropriate regulatory licensing fees, penalties, due dates, and other associated fees.
Capability to interact with customers in person and on the phone.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate and detailed customer records.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism.
Available to work Monday through Friday and some Saturdays.
This is a standing position due to the nature of interactive communications with customers.
Talented in listening and responding to the needs of the customers, provide information about products and services, take payments, handle complaints, and refer to supervisors when needed.
The vehicle licensing representative is a non-supervisory position working with our community, processing of title registrations, vehicle renewals and more.
Administrative and program tasks to include collection of fees by VLR through payment methods and perform other related duties.
We are looking for people who are energetic, reliable, ambitious, outgoing, friendly, confident, and willing to learn and be a part of our growing team.
Interested applicants are required to participate in the PAL two-week paid training program as soon as possible for company advancement and certification purposes to be state certified.

What we require:
Must have a valid Washington State Driver's license, able to pass a criminal background check, provide own transportation to work.
There can be at times light duty lifting of up to 40 pounds.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
