Job duties include (but are not limited to):
Responding to incoming phone calls in a prompt and courteous manner.
Directing phone calls to verify the accuracy of scheduling information.
Creating thorough documentation for technicians before they complete their assigned tasks.
Conducting follow-up calls with customers and assisting them with online scheduling.
Proficiently resolving issues and addressing problems as they arise.
Offering referrals as needed for services not offered within our scope.
Consistently demonstrating exceptional customer service.

related experience of any length of time is a plus! Experience in outbound calling is preferred SCHEDULE During training your schedule will be 8:
00am - 4:
30pm.
Then your normal schedule will be Monday through Friday:
between the business hours of 7am-6pm.
Schedule will be determined upon hire.
On-Call one day per week from 6pm-7pm.
approved to work from home during this time and compensation per call is provided.
One Saturday per month.
This shift will be in office from 8am - 4:
30pm (as approved overtime).
Then you will remain on call from 4:
30pm - 7pm for that day.
Physical Requirements:
