Position
Summary:
The Customer Care (Warranty Department) is customer facing, coordinating with production, facilitating tech schedules for WA/OR, as well as our vendor UTS.
This is a two person job.
This role creates a back-up for current warranty representative.
The employee will be trained to do standard order entry for OE back up to inside sales.
This floater role will fill two major gaps when outages occur.
Responsibilities:
Manage multiple inbound and outbound phone calls and emails daily.
Resolve product warranty and service claims inquiries.
Efficiently and accurately manage warranty/service claim details using the designated portal.
Review, audit and enter customer purchase and warranty claim details.
Determine the nature of claims and provide insight to customers, outside sales, operations, and management.
Audit each claim to arrive at cost and time efficient solutions to individual problems.
Guide end users to solutions, depending on their needs.
Use materials provided and industry knowledge to guide customers and technicians through troubleshooting and solution identification.
Enter and monitor required transactions in Agility Provide high quality customer service.
Other duties as assigned by manager.
Qualifications:

Experience:
