Senior Intelligence Trainer As required by our governmental client, this position requires an active TS/SCI clearance.
Cherokee Preting is seeking a Senior Intelligence Trainer to serve as the senior subject matter expert (SME) who facilitates brigade level intelligence certification events encompassing Decisive Action Training Environment (DATE)Mission Rehearsal Exercises, and other special exercises as requiredCompensation&

o Provide liaison and direct support to the INSCOM Battalion Commanders and Senior Intelligence Officers (SIO) responsible for generating an operational environment for unit training exercises, assisting, and mentoring in the overall planning and delivery of the exercise.
o Coordinate, integrate, synchronize, and prepare doctrinally and grammatically correct exercise control products in conjunction with the conventional force maneuver and other warfighting function planners.
o Assist in providing the necessary military direction and guidance within which the Brigade will conduct the intelligence components of its planning.
o Assist the higher command (HICON) in issuance of orders and collecting appropriate reports from the training unit in the execution of planning and training.
o Assist in maintaining the integrity of the scenario, ensuring synchronization between the HICON and O/C/T during staffing processes and exercise execution.
o Serve as the intelligence representative in a replicated HICON element during Combat Training Center (CTC) and major exercises, as well as advising intelligence Soldiers serving in similar HICON roles.
o Performs other job-related duties as assignedSenior Intelligence Trainer Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested:
o Minimum of twenty (20) years of Army Military Intelligence experience with at least a portion of the experience within the last two (2) years.
o Experience serving Division or Corps G-2 or MI Bn or Bde Cammander.
o Bachelor's degreeo Ability to define problems, supervise studies and lead surveys to collect and analyze data to provide advice and recommend solutions.
o Ability to demonstrate analytic leadership and expertise in identifying, planning, developing, and executing analytic production methodologies, tradecraft and techniques aligned with labor category mission.
o Ability to provide strategic advice, technical guidance and expertise to Defense planners and policymaker (e.
gUndersecretary level or higher).
o In-depth knowledge and understanding of the activities required to meet mission requirements.
o Mastery of qualitative and quantitative analytic methodologies and pursue developments in academia or other fields that affect tradecraft methodology.
o Ability to define comprehensive, new, or unique research approaches that enable rigorous assessments to address and contribute to high-level tasks.
o Ability to demonstrate in-depth analysis of analytic operations and knowledge management issues across organizational and intra-IC boundaries and clearly articulates key findings.
o Ability to work independently and with minimal oversight.
o Ability to review analytic products for cogent arguments, tradecraft standards, and adequate support for conclusions.
