Salary:

Responsibilities Recruitment of clinical and non-clinical staff New hiring onboarding Manages assigned programs Investigates employee relations issues Advises managers and supervisors on regulations, policies and effective HR practice Performs special projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
Strong understanding of healthcare Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures.
Good knowledge of employment/labor laws.
Excellent communication, both written and verbal, and people skills.
Aptitude in problem solving and critical thinking skills.
Desire to work as a team with a results driven approach.
High ethical standards, confidentiality, and cultural competence.
Demonstrated competence with HRIS systems, MS Office applications, and SharePoint.
Education and/or
Experience:
Associates Degree in Human Resources/Business Management or HRM Certificate Course completion required; Bachelors preferred; a minimum of 5 years' related experience required.
PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP preferred.
Proven experience in Human Resources with minimum of 5 years' experience.
