Leading Wood/Forestry Company has an immediate need for a Maintenance Manager Superintendent.
You will lead a team of maintenance technicians who seek guidance in transitioning from reactionary to preventive maintenance concepts focused on reducing unscheduled downtime.
Use your hands-on experience in Preventive, Predictive, and Reliability Maintenance to train new and current associates within maintenance.
Lead and direct the team to ensure that all maintenance work is completed in a timely manner, while ensuring safety procedures are followed.
Promote Continuous Improvements and maintain efficient work standards.
Recommended Skills Machinery Hydraulics Installations (Manual/Mechanical) Test Equipment Replace Damaged Component Building Maintenance Knowledge Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
