OA/DA Move Coordinator - Port Logistics Coordinator Location:
Tacoma, WA
Job Description:
Maintain point of contact status with customers Enhance agency support network Register Military International and Domestic household goods moves Coordinate all port logistics Organize customer accounts and files Process paperwork in a timely manner Manage shipment files Answer Customer Service questions via telephone and email Will also be responsible for billing customers Requirements:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office software programs (Word, Excel, etc.
) a must Exceptional Customer Service skills Highly motivated with great self-management skills Ability to multitask and handle several projects at once Must be able to communicate effectively Basic computer skills Move management experience in logistics or the moving and storage industry Must have more than 1 year of Billing experience All employees must pass criminal background checks, drug screening, and other pre-employment requirements.
