As part of our continued success, Landau Associates is seeking mid- to senior-level Geotechnical Engineers to join our team.
The selected individuals would have the option to be based out of any one of four office locations (Tacoma, Olympia, or Seattle, Washington, or Portland, Oregon).
Duties and responsibilities include:
Managing geotechnical projects, including bridges and culverts, municipal water and wastewater infrastructure, and industrial facilities Communicating directly with clients from the proposal phase through completion of geotechnical engineering reports Preparing scope and fee proposals and establishing project budgets Authoring geotechnical engineering reports Performing geotechnical engineering analyses Directing and reviewing analyses and technical writing by other staff Oversight of geotechnical special inspectionsThis career opportunity is available for the candidate who has:

degree in civil engineering with emphasis on geotechnical engineering 5 to 10
years' experience with geotechnical engineering projects A proven track record of being accountable for project deadlines and budgets Professional registration in Washington State or the ability to obtain registration within 6 months of hire Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work both independently and as part of a teamThe ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a collaborative project-team environment, interchangeably supporting co-workers and engaging co-workers' support to meet the specific needs of a wide range of projects.

The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $135,000.
This position may be eligible for our annual performance bonus program.
Compensation is based on a variety of factors, including education, experience, performance, location, and internal equity.
As part of our compensation program, we review and update our salary ranges at least annually.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
