55 an hour 5 days ago 5 days ago 5 days ago This position would support the maintenance lead with troubleshooting, repairs and PMs of equipment.
Ability to work as a team with the maintenance lead or independently.
Have working experience with machine operations and mechanical components including motors, gear boxes, bearings, seals, shafts, wheels, controls, relays, switches and solenoids, CNC machines.
Experience in machine maintenance Troubleshoot, repair, equipment and facilities, install, move machinery and equipment.
Perform routine maintenance on plant equipment Maintain and repair band saws, plate shears, CNC plasma /oxy-fuel machines, rigging, Maintain and repair overhead cranes (gearboxes, motors, shafts, bearings, wheels, hoists.
Experience in welding Repair equipment, fabricate and install racks, rollers tables, etc.
Communicate and work with equipment manufactures and vendors to diagnose and repair equipment.
Order parts and maintain inventory of spare parts Use of hand tools, power tools, welder, hand torches, rigging, gauges, forklift, overhead crane, snorkel lift.
Have knowledge of OSHA and state safety standards, including Lock out / tag out.
Knowledge of electrical systems, hydraulic systems, mechanical systems.
Familiar with electrical schematics Ability to read prints and manuals.
Other Requirements:
Self-motivated Have own tools Able to lift 50#.
Able to move freely throughout the facility Able to work at heights Must possess a Washington driver's license.
