__________________________________________________________________________________________________ Stella-Jones seeks to add a Production Supervisor to the team in Tacoma.
The Production Supervisor is responsible for strategically managing their assigned workforce/department.
The Production Supervisor will manage the team to achieve inventory accuracy, product quality and order fulfillment expectations while maintaining a safe, productive and communicative work environment.
Above all the Production Supervisor is responsible for the overall safety and well-being of their staff and ensuring best management practices are followed with regards to environmental/regulatory compliance.
Work schedule is Monday-Thursday, 7:
30pm-6am.
Schedule is subject to change as business demands.
Responsibilities:
Direct supervision of work crews processing materials to specification in a safe and productive manner.
Develop KPI's for employees to achieve goals and track performance.
Effectively select, train, motivate, coach, and provide accountability to employees.
Analyzes worker hours and create schedules that meet both internal and external needs.
Assigns operating equipment and personnel to accomplish efficient material flow on a timely and cost-effective basis.
Interprets product specifications and job orders to workers and assigns duties.
Communicates with Dispatch and Customer Service to assist in order fulfillment.
Coordinates quality control inspections for compliance to standard specifications.
Establishes or adjusts work procedures to meet production schedules.
Develop, recommend, and implement measures to improve production methods, environmental requirements, equipment performance, and quality of product.
Suggests changes in working conditions and use of equipment to increase safety and efficiency.
Analyzes and resolves work problems or assists workers in solving work problems.
Participates and contributes to company safety program.
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree; or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience:
Supervisory experience in wood products and other manufacturing environments Ability to implement process improvement initiatives Demonstrated strong decision and problem-solving skills Escalates issues when appropriate Strong organization skills Proficient with Microsoft Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook Excellent written and verbal communication Skills Attention to detail and accuracy Ability to multi-task Employee

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
