Occupational Intern, Skilled - GIS, ArcGIS Project

The City of Tacoma, Planning and Development Services Department, has an immediate opening for a full-time ArcGIS Occupational Skilled Intern in the Community and Economic Development Department GIS section.
This position will provide technical support for a variety of GIS work. This is trainee-level work of limited duration in which an incumbent will help and assist in producing maps and data with training from a GIS professional.

Location and Physical Requirements:
This position is located in an office setting located in the Community & Economic Development Department's GIS section on the 9th floor of the Tacoma Municipal Building located at 747 Market Street. This position requires periods of sitting, standing and computer work.
Qualifications:
You MUST be currently enrolled in a vocational school, community college or four-year college or university or a recent graduate who has completed a degree from an accredited college/university within the last year.
Selection Process & Supplemental Information:
