GENERAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
Provide customer service support to internal and external customers. Supervise and participate in the production and maintenance of records and files that relate to funeral arrangements, vital statistics, financial arrangements, accounts payable, and sales commissions. Provide lead management and contract validation/processing support to sales team.

SPECIFIC RESPONSBILITIES
? Provide Sales Manager and sales representatives support with status changes in lead management tool.
? Receive and record payments for pre-need sales
? Prepare and make deposits on funds collected
? Manage incoming/outgoing mail and incoming calls
? Prepare reports as required (cash receipts summary, volume report etc.,)
? Receive, validate and process new contracts
? Manage and post cash receipts in HMIS
? Track printed forms budget and manage and forms and office supply orders.
? Manage vendor invoices
? Assist sales manager in processing new hire paperwork, background checks, verifying pre-need sales licenses, maintaining employee files and other confidential files (I9's, etc.)
? Provide support to service manager as required.

EDUCATIONAL/EXPERIENCE/MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Education:
? High school diploma or completion of a diploma training program at a college or technical school or equivalent work experience


Experience:
? Bookkeeping, general office, clerical accounting, and Accounts Payable experience required
? Notary License is an asset, but not essential


Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
? Knowledge of computers, MS Office, e-mail and internet required
? Above average communication skills

? Ability to multi task and set priorities

? Professional and team player Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
